Service Retainers
Monthly retainers may be canceled before the next billing period. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior completed billing periods.
Digital Services
Payments for completed digital services, delivered website work, consulting, setup work, media assets, or completed project work are generally non-refundable once work has been delivered or performed.
Subscription Services
Customers may cancel future subscription billing at any time. Access or service coverage may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
Billing Errors
Duplicate charges or billing errors may be reviewed if reported within 7 days of the charge. Contact IVT Media Group through the contact page to report a billing issue.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
